Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your TradAstro (tradastro.com) account and associated personal data. This page explains how.
How to delete your account
Sign in at tradastro.com or in the TradAstro Live app, then open Settings / Account.
Or email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:
- Email, display name, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in links)
- Saved charts and preference settings tied to your account
- Other profile data stored in your account
What we may retain
We may retain minimal records required for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. These are not used for marketing.
If you used the TradAstro Live Android app with ads, advertising-related data is handled under Google AdMob policies.
